Supporting our community is an important part of Pistachio’s mission and as such a portion of our proceeds will go towards the growth and development of Evergreen Brick Works. Everytime you purchase something from Pistachio you are helping make the Brick Works possible.

Evergreen is transforming Toronto’s Don Valley Brick Works from an abandoned brick factory into an environmental community centre.  Intended to transform and green our cities, the innovative facility will demonstrate and promote practical solutions that make our communities sustainable and more liveable, and our urban lifestyles healthier. Designed to engage all visitors in the rediscovery (and protection) of our natural, industrial and urban heritage, Evergreen Brick Works will be animated year-round with accessible programming and activities, including a native plant nursery, children and youth camps, family programming, seasonal demonstration gardens and a local farmers’ market.
